    Blackroots Science

The question of re-incarnation has been misrepresented by modern people, so much so that it has led to a great deal of misunderstanding. There are teachings from the Hindu people ( Yt) that teach that we evolved from animals or the false teachings on repeating lifetimes over and over again progressively having nothing to do with our ancient wisdom. Even when speaking of "Ascension" which is the process when one makes transition and leaves his/her body and after that is the big question: What happens next? We now have all of these eastern Hindu and Chinese concepts to fill in the gaps to our questions instead of the wisdom of the enlightened elders of Africa today. Why listen to them? They are the ancient "Kemetian" priest who left Egypt and dispursed to different locations throughout Africa carrying on the great sciences and wisdom from generation to generation still to this day. They are the wisest of the wise thus we give reference to them for these great wisdom and light.                                                                                                      The Host of Tonights show is Amun Nubi Ankh-El, Bakhu Shen Ra, Sister Renenutet. Enjoy the show!

Why Most Instructional Design Projects Are Set Up to Fail (And How To Avoid It)

    in Training

How did it happen? Where did we go wrong? We started out so strong, and out of no where, the project turned ugly. We have all been there. All great course designers became so through such projects. Many will tell you they still have those projects that, in spite of all efforts, just went bad. I do not think anyone starts a project with the idea of turning it into the most confusing or frustrating event they have ever experienced. It happens though. However, no bad project is the result of one giant mistake (though some may argue this). It is often the breakdown of a chain of small events. Starting at the beginning.

On Fire and Life Safety Education and Walking The Talk

    in Training

For hundreds of years the same topics have been discussed, the need for more fire prevention and public education. To this day, there is still a lot of talk and the reality is while a lot of programs are out there preventable fires still exist. What has not changed, with all the current programming in place, is the rate of deaths and devastating impact on society. Burn camps full of burned kids, thousands of people still dying every year, insurmountable property loss, not enough homes with working smoke alarms, the list goes on.
Listen to an interview with Fire and Life Safety Educator and Trainer Rita Paine as she speaks about the problems that exist and the critical need for improvement.
